Lewis’s weather would best be described as mild. There are only a handful of days that would be considered “cold,” and only a couple that would be “hot.” In the winter, the weather stays between 40-50 degrees and in the summer, between 50-70 degrees.
Always bring a raincoat, don’t wear suede, and don’t worry about a nice hairdo. It will rain. And true Washitonians don’t use umbrellas! —Amanda B.

Thanks, Amber! We’ve updated our post to reflect the University of Washington location in Seattle (we fortunately caught Tacoma!) and removed Washington State University. Thanks so much for your input to provide a better resource to military families everywhere! —Sarah, AWN Blog Editor
